When we install the tanker, what problems do we need to pay attention to? These points need to be kept in mind, let's learn about it with the small tanker manufacturer:
Host installation
1. The horizontal distance between the main engine and the underground oil tank is generally not more than 50 meters, the vertical distance is not more than 5 meters, and the pipe corners should be as few as possible to affect the flow. The installation location should comply with the relevant regulations of GB50516-92 "Code for Design of Small Oil Depots and Automobile Gas Stations" and GBJ16-87 "Code for Fire Protection of Architectural Design".
2. The base of the main engine should be installed on the cement foundation and fixed with anchor bolts. The cement foundation should leave holes to introduce oil pipes, cables and grounding wires. After installation, fill the holes with yellow sand.
3. The bellows connection flange is connected with the oil inlet pipe. After adding a gasket between the flanges, tighten the fixing wire.
4. When the machine is installed outdoors, there should be a canopy to protect the machine from rain and sun.
Power installation
1. The power cord should be made of plastic sheathed copper core cable (RVV) with good oil resistance and corrosion resistance. The conductor cross-sectional area is not less than 1.5 square millimeters, and the cable outer diameter is about 8 mm.
2. The main switch of the power supply should be located indoors, and the capacity of the switch fuse should be determined according to the rated current of the main power source of the tanker.
3. The user power line (three-phase wire) and signal cable are connected to the explosion-proof junction box of the machine. Note that the outer diameter of the incoming cable should be compatible with the inner hole size of the rubber gasket in the wire entry hole of the explosion-proof junction box (about 8mm). Explosion-proof performance of the cable into the junction box. The metal gasket used with the gasket protects and compresses the gasket and cannot be lost or omitted.
4. The phase sequence of the three-phase power supply connected to the explosion-proof junction box should be correct. Make the steering of the motor and the direction of the arrow marked on the pulley of the oil pump consistent. If the steering is not correct, just exchange any two of the three phase lines.
5. There is a grounding screw on the grounding busbar on one side of the junction box. Please connect and tighten the grounding wire. The grounding wire should be buried more than 1m deep underground, and watered with salt water to ensure reliable grounding.
6. The explosion-proof junction box used for the interface between the user's power supply system and the local power supply system has 5 outlet holes and 9 connection terminals, of which A, B, and C are connected to the phase line, and N must be connected to the neutral line, otherwise the machine will not work normally.
7. The communication line of the central computer of the 30D series tanker is connected to the aviation plug of the central computer hub through CTXD, CRXD and G12 on the expansion board respectively.
8. The user power line (single-phase three-wire) and signal cable are connected to the explosion-proof junction box of the machine.
